Who we work with

Built for the people who spec it.

Architects who need their details built as drawn. Designers who need finishes matched, not approximated. Contractors who need millwork on site the day the schedule says — not the week after.

Trade services

What you get on every job.

The same six deliverables, every project — whether it's one reception desk or forty kitchens.

T-01 / DRAWINGS

Shop drawings & engineering

Full shop drawings from your architectural set — or ours from a site measure. Every joint, reveal and hardware bore resolved before a sheet is cut, plus as-builts at close-out.

T-02 / MATERIALS

Spec-grade materials

Commercial-grade cores, HPL, spec veneers and hardware ordered against the spec sheet — with submittals and physical samples signed off before fabrication starts.

T-03 / SITE

Site coordination

We attend site meetings, verify dimensions against as-built conditions, and sequence our install around your other trades — not on top of them.

T-04 / LOGISTICS

Scheduled delivery & install

Millwork arrives wrapped, labelled by room and elevation, on the date booked. Our own crew installs, scribes and adjusts — or we deliver supply-only to your installers.

T-05 / CAPACITY

Capacity for multi-unit

CNC-driven repeatability for townhome blocks, condo amenity floors and retail rollouts — identical units, batch-finished, staged and delivered floor by floor.

T-06 / AFTERCARE

Warranty & aftercare

Deficiency lists turned around fast, touch-up kits left on site, and a written warranty on our work — so millwork never holds up your occupancy sign-off.

Trade FAQ

Asked on every tender.

Short answers here — specifics in the quote.

Yes — that's most of our trade work. Send the millwork sections of your set in PDF, DWG or SKP and we'll return an itemised quote within five business days. If details are unresolved we'll flag them, price the intent, and close the gaps in shop drawings before fabrication.

Yes. Give us a door, a drawer front or a spec code and we'll match the veneer, stain or lacquer in our own finishing room, then send a physical sample for sign-off before production. We keep the recipe on file for future phases and deficiency repairs.

Both. Our default is turnkey — the crew that built it installs it, scribed to as-built conditions. For projects with their own install teams we deliver supply-only: wrapped, labelled by room and elevation, hardware bagged per unit, install drawings included.
